A 17th Century Manor House
converted to a brand new Quality Five Star hotel and Health Spa in Essex. Hubbard Building Services have provided services over
three months in 2002 to
complete and finish this thirty nine room en suite Hotel and Health Spa. Our extensive work involved Plastering all of the en suite bedrooms - Screeding all floors
and Plastering the twenty metre swimming pool .
The twenty metre swimming pool
is covered, enclosed and beneath the thirty nine room hotel building. Our work on the ceiling is
underway and clearly visible. Our team are having a progress meeting at the far
end of the pool area.
The Manor House is a 17th
Century Grade Two listed Building and all our restoration work is carried out
and verified to a high standard. These images are of the detailed work carried
out in the listed section of the building. In particular the restoration of the
ceiling, wall and floor detail in the main hall and our restoration in the
adjacent rooms are displayed.
The Hotel Rooms are finished to
a high standard for this five star establishment. We undertook the ceiling
finish, floor screeding and wall plastering in all rooms.
